During our trip to Paris, precisely at the Jardins Jardin, together with Chanel Beauty and Giotto Calendoli, artist and designer of Handle With Freedom, we had the opportunity to discover not only the entire enveloping narrative that makes sandalwood a fundamental ingredient of Chanel’s olfactory creations, but also to preview Bleu De Chanel L’Exclusif.

But this is not simply a fragrance: it’s the materialization of an amber dream, the essence of those who carry within themselves an infinite array of possibilities eager to become reality. Bleu De Chanel L’Exclusif represents a concentrate of pure emotions with amber-aromatic tones, signed by Olivier Polge, the master perfumer who has captured the essence of exclusivity: each drop, in fact, contains Chanel’s unique savoir-faire, transforming exceptional raw materials into liquid poetry. As Polge himself explains: “A formula is a creation with a defined identity that doesn’t change from year to year, so we always work to maintain a precise quality.” It is in this pursuit of eternal perfection that the excellence of L’Exclusif is born, where every element has been selected to create a sublime balance between tradition and innovation.

In the leather, amber and resinous notes of cistus labdanum, the most mysterious and seductive character of the composition is revealed: a leather accord that associates sandalwood with other woody notes like cedar and darker notes obtained from cistus distillation.
